Requirements

  • 5+ years of Java development experience
  • In-depth understanding of ETL processes
  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools such as Spring Batch, Apache Camel, or Talend
  • Expertise in regulatory transaction reporting under MiFID II/MiFIR, EMIR Refit, and FINFRAG regimes
  • Practical experience with Dataiku DSS and Informatica PowerCenter or equivalent integration platforms
  • Proficiency in Oracle databases and writing efficient PL/SQL for large-scale data processing
  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery of regulatory reports
  • Ability to collaborate closely with compliance and business teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English; German or Italian language skills are a strong advantage

Tasks

  • Develop and maintain Java-based reporting engines for regulatory compliance
  • Build and optimize ETL processes using Spring Batch, Apache Camel, or Talend
  • Integrate systems with Approved Reporting Mechanisms and Trade Repositories
  • Collaborate with compliance, business analysts, and IT teams to interpret regulatory rules
  • Translate regulatory rules into technical implementations
  • Maintain detailed documentation of reporting logic, data flows, and configurations
