- •Solid technical foundation in Java, data integration principles, and application development
- •Strong technical background in Java, data integration, and application development
- •Experience in managing projects with external solution providers
- •Enjoyment of close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between stakeholders
- •Ability to manage administrative project tasks
- •Good presentation and communication skills
- •Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
- •Sound skills in Jira and Confluence
- •Communication, problem solving, social interaction, empathy, relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
- •Fluency in English; German language skills advantageous
- •Immediate availability

- •Ensure proper requirement management
- •Deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
- •Maintain compliance with project governance and standards
- •Facilitate successful hand-over of solutions to Operations
