- Track record in VIP or Executive support
- Advanced hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting
- Mobile device management and secure meeting technologies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and composure
- Discretion under pressure from high-profile stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Management or equivalent
- ITIL certification
- Business fluency in English
- Fluency in German (highly preferred)
- Logical thinking and technical translation skills
- Flexibility to travel and agility
Tasks

- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues urgently
- Manage specialized mobile devices and laptops
- Ensure secure VPN access and seamless communication
- Manage AV and IT systems for board meetings
- Perform regular health checks on VIP equipment
- Provide personalized IT training to executives
- Handle sensitive data with absolute discretion
- Adhere strictly to global IT security policies
- Coordinate software updates with zero disruption
