- Manage strategic IT vendor relationships
- Conduct performance reviews and handle escalations
- Manage contract lifecycle and align with business strategy
- Establish and enforce license governance
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness
- Optimize costs across the organization
- Deliver vendor and license reporting
- Create dashboards and insights for IT leadership
- Support budgeting, risk management, and decision-making
