- Coordinate software maintenance and patching tasks
- Resolve critical issues and define action plans
- Lead root-cause analysis for high-severity escalations
- Manage capacity planning and performance benchmarking
- Improve landscape stability and maintainability
- Act as the customer's trusted internal advisor
