Requirements
- Experience as IT Support Specialist or similar
- Knowledge of hardware, Windows, and software
- Familiarity with network configurations and troubleshooting
- Communication skills in German and English
- Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and teamwork
Tasks
- Provide technical support to 180 end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Manage and resolve issues using a ticketing system
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Set up and configure laptops, desktops, and printers
- Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
- Document support activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes
- Ensure compliance with security standards and IT policies
