- Experience in GMP or regulated environment (advantageous)

- Eye for detail with SOPs and change controls

Tasks
- Act as the primary Helpdesk contact
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support
- Resolve software and hardware issues
- Manage hardware lifecycle
- Document hardware inventory
- Provision workstations and laptops
- Deploy workstations and laptops
- Administer user accounts
- Administer core platforms
- Maintain network infrastructure
- Optimize network infrastructure
- Standardize IT workflows
- Support cross-functional business projects
- Maintain GMP Inventory
- Conduct periodic inventory reviews
- Update IT SOPs
- Update Work Instructions (WI)
- Update CAPA documentation
- Provide operational support for Viva2 expansion
- Prepare for planned night shifts
