- Several years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, Asset Management
- Good troubleshooting skills in Windows, Office, COTS & End User Hardware Support
- Basic understanding of ITIL Framework
- Experience in using ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, Remedy
- Work Experience in Azure cloud computing service
- Very good communication skills (spoken and written) in English & German
- Ability to perform general office requirements
- Certification in Azure fundamentals
Tasks
- Support End Users in a Client Environment
- Resolve daily incidents and fulfill requests
- Align work with ITIL Framework
- Meet SLAs, CSFs, and KPIs
- Handle IMAC tasks for IT equipment
- Install, move, add, and change desktops, laptops, monitors, printers
- Learn and apply new technologies as needed
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- High school diploma
