- •Administration/IT background or ongoing studies in a related field
- •Service Now certifications is a real plus

- •Understand key software asset management concepts
- •Coordinate software asset licenses during acquisition, management, optimization, and retirement
- •Enter all entitlements in the SAM module (ServiceNow)
- •Maintain an accurate database for reporting and dashboards
- •Handle assigned requests and issues through internal systems
- •Ensure excellent customer service and teamwork
- •Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
- •Support compliance with IT security, risk, and procedures
