IT Service Desk (1st Line Support)(m/w/x)
First point of contact for IT support requests at a crypto-native financial service provider. Microsoft 365 and Intune administration experience required. Part of salary in Bitcoin/Ether, high autonomy.
Requirements
- What you bring along
- Completed EFZ apprenticeship in IT or relevant professional experience in 1st level support
- Solid understanding of IT service desk and incident management processes
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with Microsoft Intune administration
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)/OnPrem AD user and access management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good documentation skills
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus
- Fluency in English
- Valid working permit for Switzerland
Tasks
- Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests
- Log, triage, and manage incidents according to SLAs
- Escalate complex cases to higher support levels
- Keep users informed on progress and resolution timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve common hardware issues
- Perform basic hardware replacements
- Set up and configure workstations for new employees
- Manage asset tagging and inventory
- Coordinate equipment returns and decommissioning
- Support Microsoft 365 environment (mailboxes, permissions, Teams, calls/meetings)
- Manage user accounts, access, and security
- Administer users and services via OnPrem AD and Microsoft Entra ID
- Enroll, configure, and troubleshoot devices using Microsoft Intune
