- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Define project timelines, resources, and budget
- Create and maintain detailed project plans
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Ensure project milestones and objectives meet requirements
- Drive implementation of ITSM Framework (ServiceNow)
- Collaborate with business owners to define requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements
- Collaborate with external partners to define requirements
- Ensure project alignment with stakeholders
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders
- Facilitate status reporting with stakeholders
- Facilitate progress reviews with stakeholders
- Facilitate steering committees with stakeholders
- Address project risks proactively
- Address project issues proactively
- Address project changes proactively
- Manage escalations when necessary
- Coordinate cross-functional projects
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects
