  • •Technical skills in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra, PowerShell, Virtualization, File Server, DNS, PKI, Backups, Monitoring, Computer Management, Server Management, Update Management, Fortinet stack
  • •Strong interest in operational and strategic responsibilities
  • •Solid analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • •Ability to anticipate, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • •University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Tasks

  • •Design and configure IT infrastructure
  • •Ensure security and operational maintenance of IT systems
  • •Define the infrastructure master plan and security policy
  • •Deploy monitoring and maintenance tools
  • •Monitor systems and networks daily
  • •Implement Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans
  • •Establish maintenance policies for technical support
  • •Develop IT policies in compliance with regulations
  • •Define and update project roadmap and operating budgets
  • •Collaborate with business teams for efficient solutions
  • •Identify and deliver high value-added projects
  • •Lead and support a team of four
  • •Conduct technology watch on infrastructure and security
