- Establish clear data governance structures
- Promote data quality
- Organize training sessions for new technologies
- Strengthen digital collaboration within the company
- Analyze existing workflows
- Identify optimization potential in processes, tools, and interfaces
- Implement improvement initiatives with IT and business stakeholders
- Support outsourcing activities coordination
- Conduct due diligence assessments with relevant departments
- Maintain and develop relationships with external service partners
- Contribute to procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines
- Coordinate legally relevant contract aspects with internal experts
- Support business continuity process maintenance and development
- Ensure accurate and structured IT inventory
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives
- Renew the corporate website and other company-wide digitalization efforts
