- Establish IT architecture governance and processes
- Implement methods and tools for architects
- Define architectural roles and responsibilities
- Ensure fulfillment of architecture OKRs and KPIs
- Track and report technical debts and exceptions
- Review applications, technologies, and data quality
- Improve the architecture governance dashboard
- Evolve core architecture principles
- Monitor the lifecycle of standards and guidelines
- Process architecture requests and decisions
- Support enhancements of the EA model
- Represent architecture on the governance board
Work Experience
