Requirements

• •10 years ICT Architecture and Process Management experience
• •10 years financial industry experience
• •Experience creating process flows using standard notations
• •Experience applying process management frameworks
• •Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
• •International stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• •Management of process mapping projects
• •Strong analytical capabilities and data extraction experience
• •Understanding of industry regulations and compliant design
• •Higher Education in Computer Science or equivalent
• •PMP or PBA (PMI) certification
• •TOGAF (Enterprise Architecture) certification
• •Very good German and English language skills
• •Effective cross-functional teamwork across organizational levels
• •Ability to explain complex processes simply
• •Customer orientation and change management skills
• •Willingness to stay current with industry trends

Tasks

• •Shape the bank’s technological landscape
• •Provide tools and methodologies for transformation
• •Integrate core banking systems with infrastructure
• •Leverage enterprise application and API architectures
• •Enable efficient back-office and reporting operations
• •Document core business processes using BPMN
• •Map comprehensive end-to-end processes
• •Align processes with regulatory requirements
• •Identify and resolve process inefficiencies
• •Apply continuous improvement methodologies
• •Manage a global process management framework
• •Define and track data quality rules
• •Evaluate process health using data analysis
• •Generate stakeholder reports and dashboards
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements
• •Facilitate training and adoption of processes
• •Liaise between business, IT, and management
• •Coordinate tool integration with system architects
• •Address integration points in future solutions
• •Ensure adherence to ISO, SOX, and GDPR
• •Provide evidence for audits and controls
• •Implement safeguards to minimize operational risk
