Senior System Architect - Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)(m/w/x)

You will drive the bank's strategic digital transformation by designing robust solution architectures and mentoring technical teams to ensure seamless, high-quality software delivery.

Requirements

• •3+ years Senior Architect and 5+ years lead/senior software engineering experience
• •Exposure to highly regulated sectors, ideally banking or financial services
• •Full-lifecycle ownership of solution architectures
• •Ability to evaluate architectural alternatives and trade-offs
• •Analysis of complex business needs and technical transformation
• •Command of microservices, event-driven systems, and modular monoliths
• •Familiarity with integration patterns, Kafka, data streaming, and Kubernetes
• •Knowledge of hybrid cloud and on-premise environments
• •Proficiency in UML, ArchiMate modelling, and EA tools
• •Understanding of BPMN 2.0 and business process modelling
• •Deep knowledge of DevOps practices and engineering excellence
• •Experience applying architecture within agile or SAFe frameworks
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
• •Fluency in English and good knowledge in German

• •Design and own application solution architectures

• •Identify and manage technical architecture debt
• •Formalize decisions through Architecture Decision Records
• •Secure approvals from architecture boards

• •Contribute blueprints to the Domain Architecture Board
• •Enforce architecture governance and quality standards
