- •Experience leading complex IS projects
- •Strong financial acumen and budget ownership
- •Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- •Experience leading internal and external teams
- •Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused
- •Fluency in English; German is advantageous

- •Own end-to-end accountability for FI/CO workstreams
- •Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies
- •Structure tasks and priorities for the team
- •Oversee solution design and architecture decisions
- •Resolve cross-functional issues and escalations
- •Translate business requirements into IT solutions
- •Ensure stable and compliant system operations
- •Oversee application lifecycle and enhancement activities
- •Manage global finance IT project initiatives
- •Maintain strategic vendor and consultant relationships
- •Manage IS finance budgets and forecasts
- •Oversee contract management and commercial governance
- •Lead and support internal and external teams
- •Manage onboarding and recruitment activities
