Requirements

  • •Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier university or business school
  • •3-6 years of relevant infrastructure debt experience
  • •Strong affinity for energy technologies and power markets
  • •Familiarity with investment structures and project financing
  • •Expertise in complex financial modeling and valuation concepts
  • •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Self-motivated and proactive mindset
  • •Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous

3 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Support the Head of Capital Markets in financing transactions
  • •Assist in refinancing existing assets
  • •Work on structuring and raising debt financings
  • •Help originate, execute, and structure various debt instruments
  • •Monitor and optimize existing portfolio companies' debt financing
  • •Collaborate closely with asset owners on structuring
  • •Provide regular market analysis updates to senior management
  • •Develop EIP's network of lenders, including banks and governmental agencies
