Tasks
- Support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes
- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations in operational processes
- Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks
- Create reports and presentations on operational performance for internal senior stakeholders
- Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practices in banking operations
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development
- Collaborate closely with other functions and business divisions
- Lead a team performing complex tasks, using professional knowledge and skills
- Set objectives and coach employees, appraise performance, and determine reward outcomes
