In this role, you will manage complex corporate actions and private-equity events while leading a team to ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation across a global client base.

Tasks

• •Manage end-to-end corporate actions and private-equity events
• •Process and review accounts, products, and services
• •Resolve issues regarding daily wealth management initiatives
• •Identify client needs to provide high-quality service
• •Collaborate with teams to integrate bank-wide processes
• •Recommend improvements for operational efficiency
• •Implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks
• •Develop performance reports and presentations for stakeholders
• •Monitor industry trends to implement best practices
• •Participate in projects to improve service effectiveness
• •Lead and supervise team members and resources
• •Support professional development and allocate work requirements
• •Partner with various functions and business areas
