Requirements

  • •Qualified lawyer preferably German or Luxembourg qualified
  • •10+ years relevant work experience
  • •Fluent German language skills mandatory
  • •Experience forming and advising on Luxembourg investment funds
  • •Experience negotiating with institutional investors
  • •In depth knowledge of AIFMD, MiFID and Solvency II
  • •Strong English language contract drafting skills
  • •Experience with different fund structures preferable
  • •Self-motivated and proactive individual
  • •Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • •Ability to identify and communicate complex issues
  • •Knowledge of fund structures for private equity
  • •Able to consider varying tax considerations
  • •Able to manage external counsel effectively
  • •Proficient in reviewing legal documents
  • •Ability to influence a successful sales team
