Requirements

  • Enrolled student in business, engineering, or similar
  • Basic knowledge of Project and Portfolio Management
  • Experience with Project and Portfolio Management advantageous
  • Structured way of working
  • Communicative, proactive, and open minded
  • Engagement and curiosity for Project Management
  • English at negotiation level
  • German and French of advantage
  • Submission of CV and relevant transcripts

Tasks

  • Support the Lead PMBP on Single Aisle production ramp-up projects
  • Report on project status to top management
  • Follow up on project actions for senior leadership
  • Manage stakeholders through interactive Google Sites and newsletters
  • Propose new communication ideas and strategies
  • Manage the Single Aisle Ramp-Up project portfolio
  • Maintain project data to enable top management decision-making
  • Prioritize key projects within the Airbus portfolio
  • Advise on Airbus project management processes and tools
  • Propose improvements for project methods and tools
  • Manage risks and opportunities through project planning
  • Analyze critical paths and project interdependencies

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic
  • French – Basic
