Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
  • Ideally Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience in project completion and submittal
  • Desirable experience in finance or accounting

  • Teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent German and English communication skills
  • Desirable technical French and Spanish proficiency
  • Operator level MS Office and Google Suite
  • Advanced MS Office, Project, and SharePoint
  • Compliance risk awareness and integrity

Tasks

  • Develop detailed descriptions of financial processes
  • Collect data to create standard operating procedures
  • Interview staff to map processes and tasks
  • Coordinate regional monthly reporting and forecast compilation
  • Prepare monthly budgets and operational plans
  • Address cost base queries and ad hoc requirements
  • Participate in departmental meetings and reviews
  • Maintain data retention and communicate accessibility
  • Gather information for VPs and finance managers
  • Create ad-hoc queries and data visualizations

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
