Requirements
- •Degree or current enrollment in relevant field
- •Solid programming skills in Python or R
- •Familiarity with data pipelines and collaborative workflows
- •Familiarity with containers and cloud/HPC workflows
- •Experience with MongoDB or NoSQL databases
- •Experience in mass spectroscopy or -omics data
- •Familiarity with Kubernetes or deployment orchestration
- •Experience developing REST APIs
- •Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork skills
- •Proficiency in English
- •Proof of enrollment and mandatory internship status

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree
OR
Currently in higher education
Tasks
- •Design data models for inputs and outputs
- •Manage proteomics and transcriptomics metadata
- •Enable MVP release workflows and versioning
- •Produce stable and queryable data tables
- •Document changes in detailed release notes
- •Operationalize existing machine learning algorithms
- •Deploy model inference via batch or API
- •Implement CI/CD and monitoring protocols
- •Manage access control and internal standards
- •Create simple user entry points
- •Integrate models with the company tech stack
- •Collaborate with biologists and data scientists
