- Proficiency: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Preferred experience: ERP system
- Preferred knowledge: Incoterms, Import/Export Procedures & Documents
- Dynamic interpersonal skills; strong verbal, writing, presentation
- Capacity for time-sensitive deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team
Tasks
- Manage product flow for physical trades
- Manage documentation flow for physical trades
- Manage payment flow to customers, suppliers, and freight providers
- Maintain accurate ERP system data per company policy
- Ensure efficient import/export customs processes for products
- Improve processes
- Maximize performance
- Reduce costs
- Coordinate internal departments for logistical and compliance needs
- Communicate with local and international team members
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, customers, and service providers
- Ensure effective execution of physical bulk and containerized trades
- Support special ad-hoc logistics and supply chain projects
- Contribute to operations team growth and development
- Foster a positive working environment
