- •Strong communication skills in English and/or French
- •Understanding of commodities markets and risk factors
- •Strong coding skills and technical IT expertise
- •Proficiency in engineering principles for IT solutions
- •Ability to work with large datasets
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- •Experience with data analysis and modelling
Education
Tasks
- •Analyze physical, financial, speculative, and hedging desk positions
- •Calculate daily notional values for European and Asian trading
- •Support European and US product portfolios
- •Develop tailored IT automation solutions for the team
- •Report daily activities to regulators and analyze feedback
- •Collaborate with Middle Office, Back Office, Finance, and Legal
- •Coordinate with international teams and process global market data
- •Update processes using Business Intelligence tools
- •Provide margin optimization strategies to the Front Office
- •Guide the execution of EFS and EFP transactions
- •Manage regulatory projects as a Business Project Analyst
- •Maintain documentation for auditors and regulatory review
- •Resolve cash-related issues with finance and treasury teams
- •Optimize cash flow and resolve financial discrepancies
- •Identify and implement data-driven operational improvements
- •Liaise between departments to resolve compliance concerns
- •Troubleshoot operational issues to ensure regulatory adherence
- •Align internal controls with current regulatory practices
