- Reduce assembly turnaround time by optimizing processes
- Improve material flow and eliminate waste
- Support daily shop-floor 5S sustainment activities
- Assist with employee-driven continuous improvement initiatives
- Solve real-world manufacturing problems on the shop floor
- Lead lean show cell design and implementation
- Identify assembly waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
- Optimize assembly sequences and workstation layouts
- Evaluate and improve assembly tooling and fixtures
- Track and report TAT and productivity metrics
- Monitor and report on process stability
- Implement employee-generated improvement ideas
