- Conduct 5S activities, including workshops and audits
- Document processes and define standard work
- Perform root cause analysis investigations
- Conduct value stream mapping workshops and implement actions
- Share and implement best practices across business areas
- Gather standards, improvement results, and best practices for sharing
- Roll out, train, and coach on standard lean CI tools and methodologies
- Communicate CI-related updates weekly
- Provide guidance on practical lean tool and methodology usage
