Requirements

  • Experience in Securities Transfer or Settlement (plus)
  • Skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Avaloq Banking Suite, Clearstream Vestima, SWIFT, Bloomberg (plus)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, stressful environments
  • Service-oriented team player
  • Strong motivation for dynamic team involvement
  • Independence and proactivity
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English and German

Tasks

  • Process incoming/outgoing securities transfers in Avaloq Banking Suite
  • Process realignments between custodians and markets
  • Control and coordinate with clients, trade departments, and custodians
  • Reconcile cash and securities
  • Ensure correct and timely processing and settlement of transactions
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KRIs, and KPIs
  • Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes

Education

  • Currently in higher educationOR
  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
