Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) in Health/Life Sciences
- Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical industry experience, 5 years Medical Affairs/Clinical Development
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems and external stakeholders
- Matrix organization experience, leading cross-functional medical projects
- Strong track record leading complex medical affairs initiatives
- Additional training/certification/experience in neuroscience is a plus
- Full professional fluency in English
- Significant medical affairs pre-launch/launch experience in major international market
- Significant medical affairs pre-launch/launch experience in Neuromuscular/Rare diseases
- Experience developing and executing 'Best in Class' processes at scale

Tasks
- Represent International markets in IEP and medical strategy
- Implement scientific communication and medical education
- Support medical engagement strategy for patient, clinical, and access needs
- Develop overarching strategies for International medical affairs
- Partner with Commercial, Value & Access, and Development teams
- Execute medical affairs launch strategy for Neuroscience programs
- Ensure strong delivery focus on country-specific needs
- Advise on evidence generation and MSL/Field Medical Affairs strategy
- Shape innovative education and scientific communication plans
- Track financials for timely and cost-effective medical activities
- Represent International Medical Affairs to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement successful reimbursement and market-access strategies
- Shape and execute Field Medical strategies and initiatives
- Provide proactive medical input to asset lifecycle management
- Support Patient Access programs with full compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policy and medical quality standards
