Global marketing campaigns for CURAPROX products, utilizing digital, retail, and event channels at a dental care product manufacturer. Several years of B2C/B2B consumer product marketing experience with international omnichannel campaigns required. Full ownership of product lines and global campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of hands-on marketing experience in B2C/B2B consumer products (ideally oral care, health care, beauty, or personal care)
- Proven experience coordinating international omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Experience in project management
- Enjoyment of working with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to translate technical/scientific product information into customer value
- Data-driven work approach
- Comfort with defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs
- Flexibility
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with modern marketing tools and platforms (HubSpot, Miro, Google Analytics, Asana, Adobe Suite, MS Office)
- Fluency in English
- German or other language skills (advantage)

- Work closely with local markets on campaigns.

- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate with content, copywriting, branding, and design teams.
- Ensure creative excellence and brand consistency.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights.
- Derive recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Regulatory, and Digital teams.
- Ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.
