Requirements

  • Substantial digital marketing experience (consumer & customer, international)
  • Minimum 10 years physician/consumer marketing management (medical device/beauty)
  • Minimum 5 years senior marketing positions (international responsibility)
  • Experience leading strategic/tactical planning (team environment)
  • Experience managing large DTC campaigns (digital platforms)
  • Proven track record leading digital transformation
  • Cosmetic/aesthetic medical device field experience desirable
  • Team management experience
  • Relationship building (cross-functional, matrix environment)
  • Experience developing international omnichannel digital campaigns
  • Experience designing/executing/scaling CRM strategy (consumer & customer)
  • Experience managing digital and media agencies
  • Understanding of AI in digital marketing
  • Proficient with assets approval process/systems (VEEVA, ZINC)
  • Experience in regulated HCP and consumer environments

Tasks

  • Set and execute international digital and consumer engagement strategy
  • Advise senior leadership on digital and consumer strategies
  • Design and lead consumer engagement through digital channels
  • Develop and implement CRM, DTC, and B2B2C digital initiatives
  • Create and manage digital consumer experience across multiple channels
  • Generate data and insights for growth acceleration
  • Lead development and execution of AA brands' digital campaigns
  • Support brand and portfolio leads in consumer strategies
  • Develop consumer digital ecosystem and CRM strategy
  • Elevate AA as a partner of choice for customers
  • Design and execute consumer strategy for AA International
  • Create vision for DTC strategies in international markets
  • Prioritize investment by ROI and growth opportunities
  • Advise on budget allocation for media channels
  • Scale digital consumer engagement in selected markets
  • Support co-creation of digital assets and tactics implementation
  • Educate leadership on digital best practices and trends
  • Leverage best practices from US and China in international markets
  • Define and roll out tools for consumer engagement
  • Manage international media agencies
  • Stay updated on marketing trends and market regulations
  • Recommend campaign evolution based on market insights
  • Execute digital footprint of AA Brands and portfolio strategy
  • Enhance digital customer engagement with Customer Experience team
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications for content creation
  • Lead development of facial brands' digital campaigns
  • Connect consumer strategy with customer engagement
  • Optimize B2B2C opportunities
  • Ensure messaging consistency with PR/Comms
  • Support portfolio initiatives for digital engagement
  • Foster a culture of innovation and data
  • Gather insights through social listening projects
  • Champion and pilot new technologies like AI
  • Generate frameworks for decision making and ROI impact
  • Develop metrics frameworks for customer engagement
  • Measure business impact and inform channel mix optimization
  • Support new go-to-market models in digital space
