  • •Experience in early drug development stages
  • •Product launch experience in complex environments
  • •Leadership and influence in matrixed landscapes
  • •Expertise in access-driven commercial strategy
  • •Strong communication and simplification skills
  • •Strategic thinking and operational excellence
  • •Mandatory experience in Oncology
  • •Advanced degree MBA, PhD, MD, or RPh
  • •Network in payer and HTA environment

  • •Create innovative access solutions and patient support programs
  • •Prepare countries for payer negotiations with specialized tools
  • •Represent the company in internal and external access forums
  • •Anticipate landscape changes to refine strategic direction
  • •Manage budgets and lead the cross-functional access community
