- Experience in Flavours & Fragrances industry advantageous
- Operational management experience in group structures
- Responsibility across EHS, production, and logistics

- Track record implementing process efficiency initiatives
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English and optional additional languages
- Degree in business, engineering, or related
- Willingness to travel internationally
Tasks
- Supervise audit delivery as the primary management contact
- Manage partially outsourced audit teams
- Identify and implement leading audit practices
- Coordinate with risk and control functions
- Evaluate control gaps and align risk assessments
- Ensure effective risk mitigation activities
- Promote a strong organizational control culture
- Foster a proactive risk management mindset
- Develop the Group’s risk-based audit plan
- Execute Internal Audit’s long-term strategy and roadmap
- Drive improvement initiatives for audit guidelines
- Innovate procedures using automation and data analytics
- Update internal audit training materials
- Monitor and report on audit action plans
- Follow up on implementation delays
- Prepare presentations for the Board and Executive Committee
