As a Production Intern, you will engage in continuous improvement initiatives, tackling challenges from waste reduction to optimizing tooling. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing processes, implementing solutions, and measuring their impact on performance.

Tasks

• •Aid in implementing continuous improvement solutions
• •Utilize HAPS tools to support site strategy
• •Reduce unplanned stops to improve OEE
• •Model kinematics of carton opening and forming
• •Compare machine acceptance tolerances with supplier specifications
• •Create a dynamic setting system based on available packaging components
• •Optimize primary and secondary tooling
• •Leverage AI for optimization
• •Conduct Cmk analysis for filling capability
• •Implement transverse pressurized hopper
• •Reduce waste
• •Establish basic knowledge of systems and processes
• •Define underlying problems
• •Measure impact of identified problems
• •Analyze possible solutions and their limitations
• •Implement designed solutions
• •Control results of implemented solutions
