Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant programs
  • •First professional experience in Corporate Functions, Risk Management, Consulting, or other relevant areas
  • •Analytical skills and willingness to perform analytical tasks handling large amounts of data
  • •Fast learner with a growth mindset
  • •Good interpersonal skills for international, collaborative team environment
  • •Intellectual curiosity and interest in new technologies and digitalization
  • •Willingness to travel (up to 40%) in Europe and across the Globe
  • •Strong communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree

Tasks

  • •Advise companies on maintaining trust and realizing opportunities
  • •Support assessments of clients' resilience in various areas
  • •Assist in designing and implementing Business Continuity Management programs
  • •Help clients manage technology risks and implement GRC technology
  • •Evaluate clients' risk management programs against ESG requirements
  • •Aid in establishing and transforming Internal Audit functions
  • •Review process and internal controls for effectiveness and compliance
  • •Identify and report areas for improvement to Senior Management
  • •Design and implement Internal Control Systems to manage financial risks
  • •Test controls against international standards like Sarbanes-Oxley
  • •Assist clients in managing operational risks related to ESG and supply chains
