Requirements

  • Understanding and connection to the region
  • Fluency in a language from the region
  • Bachelor/Master student or completed Swiss banking apprenticeship
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Previous experience in the financial industry
  • Knowledge and interest in financial markets and asset allocation
  • Fluency in English/German and preferably a local language
  • Flexible, positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong attention to details and proficient communication skills
  • Willingness to support team on all activities
  • Reliable and discreet attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure

Tasks

  • Assist with servicing private banking clients
  • Open banking relationships, including KYC and Legal & Compliance matters
  • Respond to client requests
  • Manage day-to-day client administration tasks
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings
  • Monitor task progress and ensure proper follow-up
  • Update clients' portfolio overviews, including performance metrics
  • Research specific companies, sectors, and macroeconomic topics
  • Support Seniors in processing trading orders
  • Update quarterly client presentations and reports
  • Collaborate with various departments on activities
  • Maintain prospects lists and write marketing letters
  • Organize meetings and business trips with proper follow-up

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
