- •Proven HR operations experience in Switzerland
- •Familiarity with local HR processes and compliance requirements in Arbon
- •Hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally Workday
- •Strong organizational skills
- •Further training as an HR specialist
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English

Tasks
- •Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers
- •Support Employee and Manager Self-Service
- •Ensure HR operational excellence
- •Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law and local regulations
- •Implement and maintain onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Manage absence and illness processes
- •Adhere to region-specific rules and local regulations
- •Lead the implementation of HRIS Workday
- •Configure and ensure functionality of primary HR processes
- •Facilitate knowledge transfer to the HR Service Center
- •Maintain accurate HR documentation, including the Employee Handbook
- •Ensure clarity and continuity in HR reporting
