  • Never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before
  • Valid driving licence

Tasks

  • Join the Cryogenic Group for multidisciplinary work
  • Contribute to R&D for cryogenic instrumentation
  • Design and qualify new cryogenic sensors
  • Adapt instrumentation to CERN's challenging conditions
  • Maintain existing LabVIEW-based test benches
  • Develop new test facilities for electronic cards
  • Calibrate absolute and differential pressure sensors
  • Analyze data from test facilities
  • Provide field support for cryogenic instrumentation
  • Diagnose and repair cryogenic equipment
  • Ensure reliable operation of cryogenic systems
