Tasks
- Assist HR Business Partners with administrative tasks
- Assist Talent Acquisition with local recruitment requests
- Coordinate with third-party recruitment partners
- Liaise with business, managers, and HR Business Partners for recruitment
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
- Participate in career fairs and events
- Promote and support local employee engagement events
- Coordinate and liaise with stakeholders for learning and development
- Offer tailored learning and development opportunities
- Coordinate employee lifecycle projects
- Implement new systems and processes in Performance, L&D, and Talent Acquisition
