Human Resources Manager - Corporate Functions(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, equivalent, or HR-related further education
• 6+ years of HR experience
• Experience in core HR processes
• Knowledge of labor law and HR practices
• Experience in transformation or change initiatives
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Project management capabilities and business mindset
• Fluency in German and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Ability to work independently and interact confidently

Tasks

• Partner with HRBPs and CoEs to execute HR strategies
• Support the achievement of corporate business goals
• Act as the primary HR contact for middle management
• Execute HR processes under the direction of assigned HRBPs
• Provide end-to-end performance management support
• Manage salary reviews and job gradings
• Administer long-term incentive plans and talent management
• Advise managers on disciplinary actions and terminations
• Provide guidance on labor law and employee relations
• Consult on employee development and retention strategies
• Advise on compensation principles and organizational changes
• Facilitate restructuring and outsourcing projects
• Support transformation and change management initiatives
• Collaborate with HRBPs on organizational design
• Partner with EMEA Talent Acquisition on recruitment
• Analyze performance and potential calibration data
• Interpret engagement survey results for leadership
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and standards
• Coordinate with the HR Shared Service Center
• Improve and deploy HR processes and systems
