Requirements
- HRIS expert with 5-8 years experience
- Technical hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
- Understanding of HR processes and systems
- Knowledge and experience with Open Text, ATOSS (a plus)
- Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus)
- Experience in vendor selection
- Project Management & Relationship management
- Effective communication skills for multinational environments

- Fluent in English and French
Tasks
- Take ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors platform
- Manage operational configuration for Onboarding and Recruiting
- Configure Compensation and Employee Central modules
- Implement change requests from concept to rollout
- Provide hands-on support for SuccessFactors and HR systems
- Support system integrations via SAP CPI
- Develop and harmonize the HR system landscape
- Create and maintain HR KPI dashboards
- Lead strategic HRIS projects
- Train end-users on HRIS processes and features
- Collaborate with external implementation partners
- Work closely with HR and IT departments
