Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental or health & safety engineering
  • •Experience in international industrial HSE and Sustainability teams
  • •Fluent English and intermediate German knowledge
  • •Good understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
  • •Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset
  • •Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • •Ability to manage priorities and drive results

Work Experience

Tasks

  • •Implement and improve HSE and Sustainability management systems
  • •Manage health, safety, and environmental documentation
  • •Assess compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • •Prepare accurate HSE reports and performance overviews
  • •Draft instructions and internal rulebooks for local operations
  • •Roll out and monitor various HSE standards
  • •Participate in national HSE community initiatives
  • •Organize and conduct specialized HSE training sessions
  • •Examine workplace conditions regarding noise and chemical exposure
  • •Manage occupational hygiene and radiation protection topics
  • •Maintain chemical inventories and MSDS lists
  • •Coordinate waste disposal and follow-up documentation
  • •Assist with PFAS and REACH SVHC assessments
  • •Update the Red Online system with local legislation
