- Experience with safety risk assessment and investigation
- Understanding of chemical manufacturing operations
- Ability to use modern IT tools
- Fluency in English and German
Tasks
- Lead process and workplace risk assessments
- Develop risk assessment strategies following legal and company requirements
- Provide safety expertise to the production team on-site
- Manage incident reporting and support investigations
- Share learnings and manage internal safety communication
- Ensure operational compliance with Swiss and internal safety regulations
- Deliver HSE prevention and protection trainings
- Implement strategic HSE initiatives at the Muttenz site
- Support the development of the site's environmental reporting platform
- Conduct internal audits and support site HSE audits
- Promote a strong HSE culture through leadership and behavior
