Tasks
- Provide first-level support for HR administrative and absence questions
- Administer the full employee life-cycle from onboarding to exit
- Issue employment contracts and various contractual amendments
- Request work permits and coordinate with relevant authorities
- Generate employment confirmations and other official certificates
- Draft interim and final reference letters for employees
- Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems
- Manage digital archiving and filing of HR documents
- Liaise with HR Business Partners, payroll, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee the time and absence management system
- Build professional networks across various levels of the company
- Lead or participate in HR Services team projects
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational complexity
- Support the execution of monthly payroll functions
Education
- Vocational certification
