- •Knowledge of European Labor Law
- •Computer and software usage literacy

- •Provide first-level support for HR administrative and absence questions
- •Administer the full employee life-cycle from onboarding to exit
- •Issue employment contracts and various contractual amendments
- •Request work permits and coordinate with relevant authorities
- •Generate employment confirmations and other official certificates
- •Draft interim and final reference letters for employees
- •Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems
- •Manage digital archiving and filing of HR documents
- •Liaise with HR Business Partners, payroll, and internal stakeholders
- •Oversee the time and absence management system
- •Build professional networks across various levels of the company
- •Lead or participate in HR Services team projects
- •Implement process improvements to reduce operational complexity
- •Support the execution of monthly payroll functions
