Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or HR, or significant demonstrated experience
- Experience in managing implementation projects, including new IT solutions
- Process and continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to translate between HR and IT
- Good project management skills and methodology knowledge
- Good understanding of IT systems and integration
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good teamwork skills
- Previous work experience in retail and/or fashion (plus)
- Business fluency in German and English
Tasks
- Introduce innovative digital HR solutions.
- Improve HR processes, services, and systems digitally.
- Implement solutions across European markets and countries.
- Support the scoping of new HR digitalization initiatives.
- Plan and prepare new HR digitalization initiatives.
- Independently manage HR digitalization projects and workstreams.
- Drive HR digitalization using SuccessFactors and other solutions.
- Collaborate with P&C, Tech, and Business stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external suppliers.
- Report project status to supervisors, committees, and executives.
- Identify and formulate further improvement potentials.
- Support decision-making for new digitalization initiatives.
