Requirements
- •Completion of commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) and further HR education
- •Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social insurances, and HR administration practices
- •Hands-on experience across end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
- •Proficiency with various HR tools (e.g., Abacus)
- •Strong MS Office and overall digital skills
- •Strong service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- •Excellent communication and attention to detail
- •Structured and reliable working style
- •Effective collaboration across functions
- •Proactive support of colleagues

Tasks
- •Deliver efficient HR Operations services
- •Manage employee contracts
- •Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
- •Administer leave and absence requests
- •Prepare reference letters
- •Handle lifecycle changes and related HR cases
- •Ensure employee records are up to date in Abacus
- •Support employees through in-person interactions and ticketing system
- •Oversee and update core HR processes for compliance
- •Utilize HR tools like Abacus, ServiceNow, Docusign, Outlook, and SharePoint
- •Create and manage purchase requisition requests in SAP
- •Manage the monthly onboarding program
- •Support administration for leadership training programs
