- Hands-on mentality and strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Business-fluent German and English
- Confident use of modern HR software

Tasks
- Manage all strategic and operational HR processes
- Advise European managers on HR and labor law
- Implement global HR strategies at the national level
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Negotiate contracts and collaborate with external agencies
- Prepare job offers using benchmarking and salary analyses
- Contribute to European HR projects regarding employee benefits
- Deliver internal training on change management and onboarding
- Organize occupational health and safety measures at locations
- Lead and develop an HR team of four employees
- Mentor and onboard new members of the HR team
- Maintain HR reports and implement company policies
- Collaborate with departments within a matrix organization
- Report directly to the Associate Director of Human Resources
