Tasks
- Manage HR processes for Line Managers and employees
- Supervise recruitment, training, and development
- Handle compensation and benefits, labour relations
- Administer personnel and ensure internal communication
- Advise managers and employees on HR processes
- Guide managers in leadership and conflict resolution
- Identify business needs and communicate to HR team
- Support and prioritize change processes
- Participate in global HR projects
- Develop and implement local Global HR processes
- Support Alpiq change processes
- Handle other HR tasks and needs of the Country and Group
